Pursuant to sections 130–133 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the following notice is given.

Notice

  1. Title and commencement—This notice may be cited as the Pharmacy Council (Fees) Amendment Notice 2019 and shall come into force on 17 April 2019.
  2. Fees—The Pharmacy Council sets the following fees, payable to the Council, specified in the attached Schedule.
  3. Tax—The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax (except where applicants not residing in New Zealand are applying to sit the examination in an overseas location).
