Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991 and section 15 of the Interpretation Act 1999, the Minister for the Environment hereby amends the notice entitled the Resource Management (Approval of TeamTalk Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2012 which relates to approval as a requiring authority for a network utility operation described in clause 3 thereof, dated 4 October 2012 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 November 2012, No. 131, page 3759, as follows:

The name:

“TeamTalk Limited”

is changed to

“Vital Limited”.

This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
