Under section 37B(1)(c) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, I vary the approval, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 October 2013, No. 137, page 3744, of South Port New Zealand (located at the Port of Bluff and operated by South Port New Zealand Limited, CN: 393437) as a place of first arrival to receive the following craft and cargo types:

A copy of the written notice of approval may be inspected or obtained at the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Tower, 34–38 Bowen Street, Wellington.
