Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Operations Manager for the Rotorua/Tauranga District of the Department of Conservation revokes the appointment of the Waikato Regional Group of the Youth Hostels Association of New Zealand Incorporated to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule, and changes the purpose of the reserve to a local purpose (administration buildings) reserve, and further, appoints the Ngāti Tumutumu Trust to control and manage the reserve in trust for that purpose.
