Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977 and acting under an instrument of delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Planning and Land Manager, Hamilton Shared Services, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto as a local purpose (youth hostel) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
