Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Janine Stocker, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice titled “Land Taken for Severance and Amalgamated—State Highway 1, Waikato Expressway, Cambridge, Waipa District”, dated 2 October 2018 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 October 2018, Notice No. 2018-ln4963, by removing the words

“and marked B on SO 510550”

from the recital.
