Pursuant to section 15(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, Michael Renier Antonius Theelen, Chief Executive Officer, Queenstown Lakes District Council, hereby authorises the amendment of an error in the notice entitled “Authorisation of the Exchange of Reserve Land for Other Land” dated 11 July 2018 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 July 2018, Notice No. 2018-ln3458 by deleting the reference to

“Her Majesty the Queen”

and replacing it with

“Queenstown Lakes District Council”.
