Pursuant to section 15(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, Michael Renier Antonius Theelen, Chief Executive Officer, Queenstown Lakes District Council, hereby authorises the exchange of the fee simple land described in the First Schedule for the recreation reserve land described in the Second Schedule.

Otago Land District—Otago District

First Schedule

To be transferred to Her Majesty the Queen to be held as recreation reserve.

Second Schedule

To be transferred to Queenstown Lakes District Council as fee simple.
