Pursuant to sections 130–133 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 (“Act”), the Chiropractic Board gives notice that the following fees are payable effective 1 February 2019.

This notice replaces the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 6 December 2017, Notice No. 2017-gs6448 and the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 8 September 2016, Issue No. 79, Notice No. 2016-gs5115.

This notice amends the initial annual practising certificate and levy fees only and should be read in conjunction with the fees contained within New Zealand Gazette, 28 April 2011, No. 57, page 1339, which remains in force.

Schedule

All fees are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST).
