The Director Operations, Western South Island Region, Department of Conservation, declares that the land described in the Schedule shall be set apart, under section 167 of the Land Act 1948, as a recreation reserve subject to section 17 of the Reserves Act 1977 and further classifies the land as a recreation reserve subject to section 16 of the Reserves Act 1977.
