For Pakaru Icefalls replace “77°38′S Latitude, 166°39′E Longitude” with “77.63112°S Latitude, 166.72229°E Longitude”.
For Tito Peak replace “76°36′S Latitude, 162°17′E Longitude” with “76.59539°S Latitude, 162.28381°E Longitude”.
