Under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989, and under delegated authority, I revoke the notice and subsequent amendment of the direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the Sara Cohen School Board of Trustees (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 22 April 2016, Issue No. 36, Notice No. 2016-go2314 and New Zealand Gazette, 29 September 2016, Issue No. 86, Notice No. 2016-go5570).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
