In the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 December 2016, Issue No. 112, Notice No. 2016-go6784, in the first paragraph replace
“Don Mackie, Chief Medical Officer”
with
“Dr Stewart Jessamine, Director Protection, Regulation and Assurance”.
