Amending a Notice—Classification of Recreation Reserve

A revocation and replacement to this notice was published on 4 August 2016, Issue No. 69, Notice No. 2016-ln4411.

Under section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council amends an error in the notice classifying a recreation reserve dated the 21st day of September 2015 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 24 September 2015, Issue No. 104, Notice No. 2015-ln5649 by omitting from the notice:

“
Area ha	Description
3.2602 (more or less)	Block XXXII Town of Queenstown (Certificate of Title OT46/92).
”

and inserting in its place

“
Area ha	Description
2.7064 (more or less)	Part Block XXXII Town of Queenstown (part Certificate of Title OT46/92).
”
