Pursuant to section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Hutt City Council hereby amends the notice dated 5 June 2015 authorising the exchange of a reserve for other land, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 11 June 2015, Issue No. 65, Notice No. 2015-ln3380 (“notice”), by deleting all references to

“recreation reserve”

in the notice, and substituting such references with

“scenic reserve”.
