Under section 15 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hutt City Council, under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, authorises the exchange of the part of the Recreation Reserve described in the First Schedule to this notice for the land described in the Second Schedule, and further specifies that the land in the Second Schedule be held for recreation reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
