Pursuant to section 13F of the Industry Training and Apprenticeships Act 1992, the apprenticeship training code titled the Code of Good Practice for New Zealand Apprenticeships is issued.

The code comes into force 28 days after the date on which this notice is published.

Copies of the code are available on the Tertiary Education Commission’s website at

www.tec.govt.nz
