Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Director of Regulation, I hereby cancel the licence dated 12 October 2015, which was granted under those regulations to Ruahine Kindergarten Association, in respect of Feilding Kindergarten (5254) situated at 10 Montgomery Street, Feilding.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
