Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(ii) and 32(1)(d)(iii) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Director of Regulation, I hereby cancel the licence dated 10 January 2017, which was granted under those regulations to Play and Learn Early Education Centres Ltd, in respect of Play and Learn Clarks Beach (25331) situated at 3 Torkar Road, Clarks Beach.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
