Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 5 September 2024, which was granted under those regulations to Just Us Kids, in respect of Just Us Kids (55379) situated at 36 Victoria Street, Carterton.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
