Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 November 2019, which was granted under those regulations to Kid’s Cove Limited, in respect of Kids Cove Infant & Toddlers Albany (47513) situated at 2 Oracle Drive, Albany, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
