Forfeiture of Honours
The King has directed that the appointment of James Garry Millton to be a Member of The New Zealand Order of Merit, dated 4 June 2012, shall be cancelled and annulled, and that his name shall be erased from the Register of the said Order.

The King has directed that the appointment of Betty Leuina Sio to be a Companion of the Queen’s Service Order, dated 31 December 2010, shall be cancelled and annulled, and that her name shall be erased from the Register of the said Order (now renamed the King’s Service Order).
