The Sport Integrity Commission Te Kahu Raunui (“Commission”) has made the Code of Integrity for Sport and Recreation (“Integrity Code”) under section 19 of the Integrity Sport and Recreation Act 2023.

The Integrity Code was made on 3 February 2025.

The Integrity Code is secondary legislation for the purposes of the Legislation Act 2019.

The Commission is responsible for administering the Integrity Code. The Integrity Code is published on the Commission website: sportintegrity.nz/assets/corporate-documents-and-legislation/code-of-integrity-for-sport-and-recreation.pdf.
