Pursuant to the Legislation Act 2019, notice is given of the issue of the following notice under section 138 of the Customer and Product Data Act 2025.

• Customer and Product Data (Banking and Other Deposit Taking) Standards 2025.

The Standards were made on 25 November 2025 and come into force 1 December 2025.

The Standards are secondary legislation for the purposes of the Legislation Act 2019.

The administering agency responsible for administering the Standards is the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE).
