1. The Associate Minister of Education gives notice of the making of the following amendment criteria:

Licensing Criteria for Early Childhood Education and Care Services Amendment Criteria 2025
Licensing Criteria for Home-based Education and Care Services Amendment Criteria 2025; and
Licensing Criteria for Hospital-based Education and Care Services Amendment Criteria 2025.

2. These amendment criteria have been prescribed by the Associate Minister of Education in accordance with Regulation 41(1) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008 for the purpose of the Secretary for Education assessing compliance with the minimum standards set out in the above-mentioned Regulations.
3. These amendment criteria come into effect on 20 April 2026.
