In accordance with section 52 of the Civil Aviation Act 2023, notice is hereby given that the Associate Minister of Transport signed the following ordinary Civil Aviation Rules on 13 November 2025 which will come into force on 22 December 2025:

• Part 101 – Gyrogliders and Parasails, Unmanned Aircraft (including Balloons), Kites, and Rockets – Operating Rules, Amendment 1 (CAA Docket 25/CAR/02)

• Part 102 – Unmanned Aircraft Operator Certification, Amendment 1 (CAA Docket 25/CAR/02)

• Part 107 – Research and Development Organisation Certification, Initial Issue (CAA Docket 25/CAR/01)

These Rules are secondary legislation for the purposes of the Legislation Act 2019.

The administering agency responsible for administering the rules is the Civil Aviation Authority.
