This notice is the Land Transport (Approved Laboratory and Analyst in Charge) Amendment Notice 2025.

2 Commencement

This notice comes into force on 15 December 2025.

3 Principal notice

This notice amends the Land Transport (Approved Laboratory and Analyst in Charge) Notice 2000.

4 Clause 4 amended (Laboratory approved for analysing blood specimens)

(1) In the heading to clause 4, after “blood specimens”, insert “and oral fluid samples”.

(2) In clause 4, after “blood specimens”, insert “and oral fluid samples”.
