Pursuant to regulations 14(1), 14(2), 49B and 49C of the Climate Change (Forestry) Regulations 2022, notice is given of the issue on 31 October 2025 of the MPI Standard: Geospatial Mapping Information Standard.

This standard comes into force on 31 October 2025 and is secondary legislation. The agency responsible for administration of this standard is the Ministry for Primary Industries.

Copies of the standards may be inspected free of charge or purchased at a reasonable cost, at the office of Te Uru Rākau – New Zealand Forest Service, 38–42 Bowen Street, Wellington Central PO Box 2526, Wellington.
