The Working Tariff Document, as amended by the Order, will be accessible in the same ways as above.
The Order will come into force on 1 January 2026.
This Order amends the Working Tariff Document so that goods from the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) specified countries that meet certain requirements have a Preferential Tariff rate as indicated in the Working Tariff Document for years five and six following RCEP’s ratification and entry into force.
