Pursuant to section 61(3) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, and section 22AB of the Land Transport Act 1998, the NZ Transport Agency hereby makes the following bylaw.

Bylaw

1. Title and Commencement

This bylaw is the New Zealand Transport Agency (Traffic Controls on State Highways) Amendment Bylaw 2025/006 and will come into force on 17 October 2025.

2. Amendments

The New Zealand Transport Agency (Traffic Controls on State Highways) Bylaw 2017/14* is hereby amended by:

• Inserting line 719U in Schedule 3, Part G to read:
  “Line No.: 719U
  SH No.: 75
  Locality: Duvauchelle
  From: NZTM 1589489, 5155941; approximately 256m south of its intersection with Summit Road.
  To: NZTM 1589512, 5155885; approximately 317m south of its intersection with Summit Road.
  Route Position (Midpoint): 075-0061/0.267.
  Direction of travel: Eastbound.
  Side of Road: Left.
  Restriction: No Stopping.
  Time period: At all times.”

This note is not part of the bylaw but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This bylaw will come into force on 17 October 2025 and will amend the New Zealand Transport Agency (Traffic Controls on State Highways) Bylaw 2017/14*.
