Pursuant to section 61(3) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, and section 22AB of the Land Transport Act 1998, the NZ Transport Agency hereby makes the following bylaw.

Bylaw

1. Title and Commencement

This bylaw is the New Zealand Transport Agency (Traffic Controls on State Highways) Amendment Bylaw 2025/004 and will come into force on 17 October 2025.

2. Amendments

The New Zealand Transport Agency (Traffic Controls on State Highways) Bylaw 2017/14* is hereby amended by:

• Inserting line 715A in Schedule 3, Part G to read:

“Line No.: 715A
SH No.: 75
Locality: Little River
From: NZTM 1582308, 5152634; approximately 895m south of its intersection with Morrisons Road.
To: NZTM 1582343, 5152687; approximately 826m south of its intersection with Morrisons Road.
Route Position (Midpoint): 075-0035/15.205.
Direction of travel: Northbound.
Side of Road: Left
Restriction: No Stopping.
Time period: At all times.”

Explanatory Note

This note is not part of the bylaw but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This bylaw will come into force on 17 October 2025 and will amend the New Zealand Transport Agency (Traffic Controls on State Highways) Bylaw 2017/14*.
