The Commerce Commission hereby gives notice that the Consumer Complaints Disclosure Standard 2025 (“disclosure standard”) was made under section 191 of the Grocery Industry Competition Act 2023 on 26 August 2025.

The disclosure standard comes into force on 29 August 2025, except—

• Section F1, which comes into force on 12 September 2025;
• Section F2, which comes into force on 29 September 2025; and
• Section G, which comes into force on 1 April 2026.

The disclosure standard is secondary legislation for the purposes of the Legislation Act 2019.

The disclosure standard is administered by the Commerce Commission. A copy of the disclosure standard is available on www.comcom.govt.nz.
