In accordance with section 74(1)(a) of the Legislation Act 2019, notification is hereby given of the making of Land Transport Rule: Vehicle Standards Compliance Amendment 2025 (“Rule”).

The objective of the Rule is to amend the frequency of inspections for private heavy motorhomes, veteran motor vehicles and vintage motor vehicles.

The Rule comes into force on 1 September 2025.
