I, John Graham Sneyd, General Manager, Regulatory Services, Department of Internal Affairs, give notice of an amendment to the Division 2 – Blackjack Rules.

The rules have been amended pursuant to section 367 of the Gambling Act 2003 and will take effect on 24 June 2025.

This instrument is secondary legislation for the purposes of the Legislation Act 2019 and is administered by the Department of Internal Affairs.
