In accordance with section 18 of the Digital Identity Services Trust Framework Act 2023, notice is hereby given that the Minister for Digitising Government signed the:

Digital Identity Services Trust Framework Amendment Rules 2025-1

which will come into force on 24 July 2025.

These Rules are secondary legislation for the purposes of the Legislation Act 2019.

The administering agency responsible for administering the Rules is the Department of Internal Affairs.

The Rules may be accessed from the DIA website https://www.dia.govt.nz/Trust-Framework-for-Digital-Identity-Legislation.
