Pursuant to the Legislation Act 2019, notice is given of the issue on 30 May 2025 of the following approved form under regulation 124 of the Animal Products Regulations 2021 which comes into force on 3 June 2025.

• Animal Status Declaration for farmed red meat animals other than pigs

This form is secondary legislation for the purposes of the Legislation Act 2019.

A copy of this form may be inspected free of charge or purchased at a reasonable cost, at the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Building, 38–42 Bowen Street, PO Box 2526, Wellington 6011.
