…
(a) Race Betting
(i) unless otherwise stated the result at the time of the podium presentation counts in all markets.
(ii) all drivers who start either the parade lap or the race are considered as runners for all markets.
(iii) race or other markets will be settled according to official FIA results at the time of the podium presentation regardless of any changes to the times, format and dates of practice, qualifying and/or race sessions. This is provided the session in question takes place within 30 days of the scheduled date/time.
(b) Championship Betting
(i) bets will stand on all drivers and constructors, whether they compete or not. Bets will be settled in accordance with the official result given by the FIA.
(ii) season match bets will be void if either named team/driver fails to take any further part in the season following the bet being placed. Official FIA rankings will determine settlement where points totals are identical.
(c) Match Bets
(i) the winner of a race head to head will be the driver with the higher finishing position, or the driver who completes most laps. If all named drivers retire on the same lap then bets are void.
(ii) if any of the listed drivers fail to start either the parade lap or the race, then all the bets on that market are void.
(d) Fastest Qualifier
(i) the driver achieving the fastest official qualifying time, in the specified qualifying session, is the winner.
(ii) any subsequent demotions do not count for settlement purposes.
(iii) official FIA placings count if times are identical.
(e) Qualifying Match Bets
(i) the driver with the faster official qualifying time is considered the winner.
(ii) if either driver fails to start a lap in the official race qualifying session, then all bets on that match are void.
(f) To Be Classified
(i) the official FIA classification will be used when settling this market.
(ii) drivers who complete 90% of the number of laps completed by the race winner will be classified by FIA, and will be classified as winners in “to be classified” betting.
(iii) the driver must start the race for bets to stand.
(g) Number of Race Leaders
(i) the driver who is in the car occupying the forward most grid position, normally pole position, at the start of the race counts as a race leader.
(ii) after the race has started, any other driver who completes a lap in first place counts as a race leader.
(h) Finish In The Points / On The Podium
Settlement is based on the result at the time of the podium presentation. Subsequent disqualifications and/or appeals will not affect bets.
(i) Fastest Lap
Resulted on the fastest lap during the actual race. Practice and Qualifying times do not count unless otherwise stated.
(j) Finishing Position
(i) Bets on a driver finishing position in a race will be settled according to the official classifications, or order of retirement if appropriate.
(ii) If the named driver fails to start either the parade lap or the race, then all bets on that market are void.
(k) King of the Road
This market applies to the same driver achieving the following in the same race but if the qualifying session or race doesn’t take place then all bets are void:
(i) winning the qualifying session.
(ii) winning the actual race, and
(iii) completing the fastest lap during the race.
(l) Will there be a safety car?
This market will be settled on the appearance of the safety car on track at any point in the race. (The ‘virtual safety car’ will not count for settlement purposes). If it is used at any point in the race but the safety car does not make an appearance on track then this will be settled as no safety car appearance.
(m) Postponements
Unless stated otherwise, all bets will stand regardless of postponements unless the official sporting governing body declares that the tournament/competition has been cancelled with no official winner, in which case bets will be void.
(n) Fastest Pit Stop
This market will be settled on the duration of a valid pit stop. This is classified as the time between the car entering and exiting the pit stop lane, where all four (4) tyres are changed during the pit stop and where normal driving through pit lane takes place.
For example, the following circumstances will not be classified as a valid pit stop and will not count for this market:
(i) If a car enters the pit lane due to any penalty, including but not limited to a time penalty, drive through penalty or a time stop and go penalty;
(ii) If a car enters the pit lane during or behind a safety car to absolve a time penalty.
…
(a) Race Betting
(i) unless otherwise stated the result at the time of the podium presentation counts in all markets.
(ii) all drivers who start the race are considered as runners for all markets.
(iii) race or other markets will be settled according to official FIA results at the time of the podium presentation regardless of any changes to the times, format and dates of practice, qualifying and/or race sessions. This is provided the session in question takes place within 72 hours of the scheduled date/time.

(C) If one or both drivers do not classify, then the driver who has completed more laps is the winner.
(D) During or after the race (until and including the time of the podium presentation), disqualified drivers will be considered as ‘not classified’ with 0 laps.
(ii) Free Practice and Qualifying:
(A) If at least one of the two drivers does not finish their individual session with at least one official lap time then all bets will be void.
(d) Fastest Qualifier
(i) the driver achieving the fastest official qualifying time, in the specified qualifying session, is the winner.
(ii) any subsequent demotions do not count for settlement purposes.
(iii) official FIA placings count if times are identical.
(iv) position corrections after the qualification interviews and pole award (if there is any pole award) do not affect the official FIA qualifying result.
(e) Team Head to Head Bets (H2H; Match Bets)
(i) Race and Sprint:
(A) bets will be settled based on the team with the best classified car in the official FIA Result.
(B) if neither team has cars classified, and the best cars in both teams have completed the same number of laps, all bets will be void.
(C) if at least one of the two teams starts the race with less than two drivers, all bets will be void.
(D) drivers who do not start the race are understood to be classified as “DNS” in the official race result, and all bets will be deemed void.

(iii) Disqualified drivers will be determined as “no points”.
(l) Will there be a safety car?
This market will be settled on the appearance of the safety car on track at any point in the race. The ‘virtual safety car’ will not count for settlement purposes.

This market will be settled on the duration of a valid pit stop during the race, which for betting purposes is the time between the car entering and exiting the pit stop lane, where all four (4) tyres are changed during the pit stop and where normal driving through pit lane takes place.
For example (but without limitation), the following circumstances will not be classified as a valid pit stop and will not count for this market:

(o) Which Driver Will Be the First to Retire from the Race?

(ii) Disqualified drivers will be determined as “no points”.

(ii) Disqualified drivers will be considered as ‘not classified’.
(t) Meaning of “Start the Race”
(i) The start of the race is when all participating cars are lined up in their grid slots and the pit lane (if relevant) after the parade (formation) lap and the starting signals have successfully indicated the race is underway. The start of the race does not include the parade (formation) lap.
