In accordance with section 74(1)(a) of the Legislation Act 2019, notification is hereby given of the making of Land Transport Rule: Vehicle Exhaust Emissions Amendment 2025 (“Rule”).

The objective of the Rule is to amend the Land Transport Rule: Vehicle Exhaust Emissions 2007 to change and align Euro 6d phase-in dates with Australia’s new Australian Design Rules and correct minor technical issues and typos.

The Rule comes into force on 30 May 2025.
