Pursuant to section 556 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013, the Financial Markets Authority on 21 March 2025 granted the exemptions contained in the Financial Markets Conduct (Conduct of Financial Institutions – Marac Insurance Limited) Exemption Notice 2025.
