Under section 134(1) of the Electoral Act 1993, I, Gerard Anthony Brownlee, Speaker of the House of Representatives, give notice that Benjamin Cody Doyle has resigned their seat in the House of Representatives with effect from 11.59pm on 3 October 2025, and that the seat is vacant by reason of that resignation.
