Under section 129(1) of the Electoral Act 1993, I, Gerard Anthony Brownlee, Speaker of the House of Representatives, give notice that by reason of the death of Takutai Tarsh Kemp on 26 June 2025, her seat in the House of Representatives for the Māori Electoral District of Tāmaki Makaurau is vacant.
