Under section 134(1) of the Electoral Act 1993, I, Gerard Anthony Brownlee, Speaker of the House of Representatives, give notice that David Parker has resigned his seat in the House of Representatives with effect at 1.00pm on 12 May 2025, and that the seat is vacant by reason of that resignation.
