Pursuant to Section 74 of the Partnership Law Act 2019

The Partners of Paino & Robinson, Barristers and Solicitors, Upper Hutt advise that Paul Vincent Paino will retire from the practice with effect from 31 March 2025. Paul Vincent Paino will practice on his own account as a Barrister and Solicitor (without a trust account). Shane Robinson will assume full responsibility for the firm Paino & Robinson and will practice under the name SR Legal.

The banking details for the firm will remain the same.

This notice replaces New Zealand Gazette, 24 March 2025, Notice No. 2025-pn1613, which excluded “Paul Vincent Paino will practice on his own account as a Barrister and Solicitor (without a trust account)”.
