I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following company on the application of the following person, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register.

NEHEMIAH CIVIL CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (8422662) – Rectification shall comprise the following:

1. To remove the Appointment of Liquidator dated 23 October 2024.
2. To change the company status of Nehemiah Civil Construction Limited from “In Liquidation” to “Registered.”
3. To remove the historical record of Nehemiah Civil Construction Limited. The effect being that the company was not put into liquidation under section 241 of Companies Act 1993 on 23 October 2024.
4. To remove the Particulars of Company Address dated 23 October 2024. The effect being the Registered Office Address, Address for Service and Address for Communication remains as “Akoli Mafi, 308 Massey Road, Mangere East, Auckland, 2024, New Zealand.”
5. Remove First Liquidators Report dated 21 November 2024.
