I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following company on the application of the following person, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register.

T P FIELD DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED (1123123) – rectification shall comprise of the following:

1. To amend a particular of shareholding dated 2 September 2025.
2. To submit amended annual returns for 2025.

The effect being on 2 September 2025, the Estate of Taito Phillip Field is the sole shareholder.
