Public Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of Company in New Zealand by Transfer of Incorporation

Public notice is hereby given in terms of section 353(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) that, not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice, HARCOURTS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies pursuant to section 351 of the Act, to be removed from the New Zealand Register of Companies in connection with becoming incorporated under the law in force in the Commonwealth of Australia.
