MULTUM CORPORATION LIMITED hereby gives notice pursuant to section 221(4)(b) of the Companies Act 1993 that it proposes to amalgamate with CHAIR HOLDINGS 2007 LIMITED (Company Number: 1919231) on 30 January 2026, with MULTUM CORPORATION LIMITED continuing as the amalgamated company.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of MULTUM CORPORATION LIMITED or any person to whom MULTUM CORPORATION LIMITED is under an obligation at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies (being 10C Brett Avenue, Takapuna, Auckland 0622) during normal business hours.

A shareholder or creditor of MULTUM CORPORATION LIMITED or any person to whom MULTUM CORPORATION LIMITED is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to MULTUM CORPORATION LIMITED.
