I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register.

FIFA DEVELOPMENT ZURICH AG (6476523) – to amend three particulars of director dated 5 November 2025 at 2.22pm, 2.32pm, and 2.34pm. The effect being Kenny Honore Jean-Marie ceased as director and Kevin François Joseph Lamour and Elkhan Slab Oğlu Mammadov were appointed directors on 15 November 2024.

SUSTAINABLE FORESTRY NEW ZEALAND LIMITED (9361942) – rectification shall comprise of the following:

1. To amend a new company incorporation dated 16 October 2025.
2. To remove two particulars of shareholding dated 28 October 2025.
3. To remove a particulars of ultimate holding company dated 29 October 2025.

The effect being Hannover Re Euro RE Holdings GmbH is the sole shareholder since incorporation.
