I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register. 

ZULMIX CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (9000789) – to amend a particulars of company address dated 13 October 2025. The correction will amend the date to 10 August 2025 and that the registered office address and address for service of the company will be “Sergio Rafael Soto Rodriguez, 22 Howard Hunter Avenue, Saint Johns, Auckland 1072, New Zealand.”
