Notice of Intention to Restore Company to the Companies Register
Take notice that I propose to restore the following company to the Register on the application of the person named below.
I am satisfied that the company was at the time of removal either carrying on business and there is a proper reason for it to continue in existence or was party to legal proceedings, or was in receivership/liquidation, or the grounds for removal did not exist:
